Shipping policy
St-Viateur Bagel ships to all Canadian provinces (territories not included) and to the United States.
All Canadian orders will be shipped using our preferred partner Purolator.
All USA orders will be re-directed to Goldbelly.com as we have collaborated with them to provide our customers with more secure shipping times.
We are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.
Your tracking numbers will be provided to you via email on or before the expected departure date of your bagels from Montreal.
Shipping dates and delivery times are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
If you have any questions about the timing of your shipment, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Customer satisfaction & return policy
St-Viateur Bagel prides itself on making and distributing quality products. Items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and protect against damage during shipping. If anything appears to be wrong with your order simply notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please do not return your bagels. The delivery service will not be reimbursed for returned articles.

Refused delivery
If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from St-Viateur Bagel or to return items without requesting authorization, no refund will be issued. Please see our customer satisfaction & return policy section for more details.
