1 - When do I need to place my catering order?
Catering orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
2 - Do you deliver catering orders?
Delivery can be arranged, extra fees will apply.
3 - Are all bagel sandwiches made with sesame bagels?
All platters are served with sesame bagels unless specified otherwise.
If requested, we could prepare your order using any of our bagel flavors: Whole Wheat, Flax Seed, No Seed, All Dressed, Rosemary & Sea Salt or Multi Grain
4 - Can you send more than the 2 varieties listed?
Yes. We also make Whole Wheat, Flax Seed, No Seed, All Dressed, Rosemary & Sea Salt and Multi Grain bagels.

5 - Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
An email confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is placed. It will include an order number, date, order details and contact information should you require any follow up.
6 - How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Shipping delays are indicated on the Canadian Ordering Policy and US Order Policy pages.
Once your order is shipped from one of our Montreal bakeries, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you could follow your shipment.
7 - What is the best way to conserve the bagels and how long can they stay?
Our bagels can store on their own for six days.
In the fridge for up to ten days.
Frozen up to two months.
8 - What is the best way to store bagels long term?
Frozen. It is actually better to slice your bagels in two, put them in a plastic bag, seal it and place in the freezer.
Then, when you desire a bagel simply remove one, separate it easily and place it in the toaster. The results will surprise you.
9 - Can you ship your bagels frozen?
Yes. However, they will thaw during transport. They can be re-frozen upon receipt. This is recommended for deliveries longer than 2 days.
